After learning that there was an insufficient quantity of our material available to cover our project, we needed to start our granite shopping again just days prior to our scheduled install date. Tasha and her colleagues were able to pull off a Hail Mary Pass at the 11th hour and completed our install as originally scheduled. Granite South exhibited excellent internal communication skills and teamwork to accomplish this goal. The installation by JD and Israel was literally and figuratively seamless. We just had our Granite countertops installed on Friday and we are completely satisfied with our experience. I worked with Tasha for the entire process. She was very friendly, professional, and flexible during our purchase. I came twice to the office because my relator wanted to look at the granite with me and she was very accommodating during the entire process. I was not overwhelmed at all during the process because Tasha was right there answering all my questions and my changes that I made. I never felt pressured into anything and I felt Tasha went above and beyond to get my countertops installed quickly and smoothly. My husband and I are so glad we had the people at Granite South do our kitchen counter. When we started the process we really knew very little about what we wanted. Tasha was very helpful in telling us the difference of granite and quartz. She even sent us to a place in Buford that we were able to pick a granite. Granite South is a company I would use again. Though based out of Flowery Branch, GA, we have completed Residential, Commercial, and multi-family jobs in five states covering the South East over the last five years.
